These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amplyx ("Amplyx", "we", "our", or "us"), including our Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Security

User Content and Generated Output

The Service may allow you to submit content (e.g., prompts, text, tone settings) and receive AI-generated output. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide
• Reviewing and verifying generated output before posting or relying on it
• Complying with applicable laws and platform rules (including X/Twitter policies)

You retain your rights to your content. You grant Amplyx a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including safety, abuse prevention, and quality improvements).

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and providers (for example, X and AI model providers). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. Amplyx is not responsible for third-party services and does not guarantee their availability or functionality.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe:

• You violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could cause harm
• We must do so to comply with legal requirements
• It is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service

Where reasonable, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplyx disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplyx and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
